Returns & Refunds
In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, please fill in the Return & Refund Request Form within 7 days upon receipt of goods, together with your invoice number and reasons for return or refund. If your request meets the following conditions for acceptance, we will then issue a refund code, which must be marked on the returned parcel. The returned items should be sent to our local after-sale office by pay-collect.
Conditions for accepting Return / Refund:
- We sent a wrong item to you; or
- The item is already damaged upon receipt; AND
- The item is in new condition, not worn or altered. All packaging, including the box, hang tag, protective net and sideboards, remains intact.
Conditions where Return / Refund will not be accepted:
- The item is used; or
- Any piece of the Packaging is broken; or
- The item has been damaged in your possession; or
- The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or
- The item is returned without a refund code.
* Sale items are not allowed for Return or Refund.
Replacement orders will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods by our office.
Refunds
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will facilitate a refund immediately. However, please be reminded that the refund may not be reflected on the same statement as the transaction will, due to the cut-off date.
